Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we have a no refund or exchange policy, and we are unable to process return requests. Please contact your carrier service (e.g. Canada Post) to track or inquire about package delivery. Queens and Kings is not liable for damage to goods caused by UPS, DHL, or Canada Post.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To receive a refund for damaged, lost, or stolen goods, please make a claim with the shipping company, that damaged, lost, or stole the goods in transit. Queens and Kings is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. It is your responsibility as the consumer to retrieve the packages when they are delivered. Queens and Kings is not liable for goods sent to the wrong address. It is your responsibility as the consumer to input the correct address. If you accidentally input the incorrect shipping address, you have 24 hours to send an email to qk.hairstyles@gmail.com with the corrected address and your order number.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The types of items we sell cannot be returned as they are personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
